ricotta salmon sandwich with sage & dill 🤌🏼 recipe: 1 toast 1 tbsp ricotta 1 pinch lemon zest Mix lettuce 1 fried egg 2 sage leaves 100 g salmon (without skin) Sage dill dressing: 8-10 g salie 5 g dille 1 small garlic ½ shallot 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper 6 tablespoon olive oil Method: 1. Blitz the ingredients for the sage-dill dressing in a blender. Taste it to see if it needs anything. 2. Add oil to a pan and fry 2 leaves of sage in it. 3. In the same oil, toast your bread till golden brown. 4. Take the bread out of the pan. Fry the salmon and egg in the same pan (if it fits, you can fry them next to each other). 5. BLT bagel but better 😍 recipe: 20 g bacon 4 cherry tomatoes 1 bagel 1/2 tsp sriracha mayo 10 g rucola Salt & pepper method: 1. Fry the bacon in a pan till crispy (or any way how you prefer your bacon) 2. in the meantime, cut the cherry tomatoes in 4 pieces. Add the tomatoes to the bacon with a small pinch of salt for 1-2 minutes. 3. Bring the bacon and tomatoes to the center of the pan, and crack an egg on top of it. 4. Drizzle the sriracha mayo on the bagel, top it with rucola and the egg, bacon and tomatoes. 5. Finish with a pinch of salt and pepper. #bagel #breakfastinspo #bltsandwich #breakfastrecipe

the chicken is just SO good 😍 (oh and my channel exists 4 years today :)) recipe: 2 eggs 30 g cornstarch 100 g all-purpose flour 3 chicken breast fillets ½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper ½ tsp garlic 2 tsp paprika Sauce 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp chinese rice vinegar (or white vinegar) 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce 3 tbsp ketchup 4 tbsp soy sauce Additional 1 broccoli 1 red bell pepper (optional) 2 tbsp sesame seeds 1 small bunch spring onion Method: Preheat the oven at 220 °C. Cut the chicken in big pieces, put them in a bowl and add the cornflour. Make sure all the chicken pieces are covered with the cornflour. Beat the eggs and add them to the chicken. All chicken should be covered with egg wash. Finally, add all the spices to the flour and dredge the chicken in the seasoned flour. Place the pieces on a baking tray. Put the chicken pieces in the oven for 20 minutes. Meantime, cut the broccoli and red bell pepper. Cook the rice and broccoli. Add all of the sauce ingredients to a frying pan, stir and bubble on a high heat until the sauce reduces by about a third (should take 2-3 minutes). Add the chicken, broccoli and red bell pepper to the sauce and toss in the sauce to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
