Gochujang Loaded Garlic Baguette ๐ฎโ๐จ WOWW you need to try this recipe! ๐คคGochujang garlic bread with a sticky sweet chilli chicken with melted cheese and sriracha mayo. ๐ค๐ป An absolute flavour explosion and a super easy dinner to make! 533 calories and 47g protein for half โ Hit SAVE for your next dinner recipe๐ Ingredients (Serves 2): 200g chicken cut into bite sized pieces Salt Pepper 1 bake at home stone baked baguette from @Tesco (could sub for a flatbread too) 20g light butter Tsp gochujang paste Tsp dried parsley Tsp garlic puree 30g reduced fat cheddar Spring onions for garnish Drizzle of Sriracha mayo The sauce: 30g reduced sugar sweet chilli sauce Tbsp light soy sauce Tbsp rice vinegar Tsp gochujang paste Tsp water ๐Mix together the sauce ingredients and set to one side. ๐Slice the baguette in half and pop in the oven for 5 minutes. ๐Season the chicken in salt and pepper. Add to a frying pan. ๐Meanwhile, add the butter, paste, parsley and garlic puree to a microwaveable dish. Blast in the microwave for 20 seconds until melted. Remove the bread from the oven and brush over. Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. ๐Once the chicken has cooked, stir through the sauce. Place on top of the bread before adding the cheese. Return to the oven for a minute or until the cheese has melted. ๐Garnish with sriracha mayo and spring onions.
