Recipe: 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup milk (or plant based milk) 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1 banana Pinch of salt Add-ins: 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp espresso powder, 1 handful chocolate chips Blend everything together.
