THIS HAZELNUT SPREAD BAKLAVA‼️🔥 Crisp buttery layers of phyllo filled with Hazelnut, chopped pistachios that’s easy to make and bakes into one amazing dessert! 🙌🏽 #baklava #hazelnut #homemade #eidmubarak #pistachio ##fyp 💥INGREDIENTS💥 - 1 (16 ounce) package thawed phyllo dough - 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter - 1–1/2 cups hazelnut spread - 1 cup chopped pistachios ✨INSTRUCTIONS✨ - Preheat oven to 350°F. - Roll the phyllo dough out onto a large work surface. Place a 9×13-inch baking dish in the center of the phyllo and trace around the edges with a sharp knife or scissors cutting all the way through the phyllo to the work surface. Discard sides of phyllo and lift the pan. Phyllo dough should now be the size of the baking pan. - Melt the butter and the Nutella in seperate bowls. Butter the 9×13-inch baking dish generously with some of the melted butter. - Place a sheet of phyllo in the bottom of the buttered baking dish and brush generously with some of the melted butter. Repeat with 5 more sheets of phyllo dough, brushing the top of each sheet with melted butter. - Drizzle 1/2 cup of the melted spread over the first buttered 6 layers of phyllo dough. Spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup chopped pistachios. - Layer 6 more sheets of phyllo dough over the hazelnut layer, brushing each sheet generously with the melted butter. Spread 1/2 cup of the melted spread over the next 6 layers of phyllo dough, sprinkle with 1/3 cup chopped pistachios. - Top the second spread layer with the remaining phyllo dough, brushing each sheet with melted butter. Using a sharp knife, cut the baklava into 12 large even squares. Cut each square diagonally to create two triangle shapes out of each square for a total of 24 baklava triangles. - Brush the remaining melted butter over the top of the cut baklava. Sprinkle with the remaining chopped pistachios. Bake for about 30 minutes or until baklava is golden and crisp on top. - Once the baklava is cooled. Drizzle with the remaining hazelnut, then cut and serve. 🤤

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of this mixture onto the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan. - Gently roll out one can of the crescent roll dough on top of the sprinkled sugar mixture, in a sheet - press all seams together. - In a large bowl beat the cream cheese, sour cream, egg, condensed milk and vanilla extract. Pour the cheese cake mixture over the crescent roll dough in baking pan. - Place the second can of crescent roll dough on top of the cheesecake mixture. Pinch seams together. PINEAPPLE SHORTCAKE BARS❗ 🍍😍🔥 SMASH or PASS⁉️ 😏👌🏽 #pineapple #shortcake #bars #ramadan #homemade #easy ##fyp 💥INGREDIENTS💥 ➡️FOR THE CAKE BARS: - 1 box of pineapple cake mix - 2 large eggs - 1/2 cup unsalted melted butter (room temperature) ➡️FOR THE FROSTING: - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened - 1/2 cup powered sugar - 1 tsp. vanilla extract - 1 tbsp. heavy cream ➡️FOR THE TOPPING: - Dehydrated pineapple - Short bread cookies ✨INSTRUCTIONS: - Preheat oven to 350° and line 8” or 9” square baking pan with parchment - Combine pineapple cake mix, eggs, and butter in a bowl and fold repeatedly with spatula - Spread batter evenly into pan and bake for 15 minutes or until just set; be careful not to overcook. - Allow cake bars to cool for 10 minutes; lift carefully from pan using ends of parchment to lift. - Make frosting: In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, powered sugar, vanilla extract and heavy cream together. - Spread the frosting over the cake bars untill even. - Crush the short bread cookies and sprinkle all over the top of the cake bars. - Place slices of dehydrated pineapple on top and sprinkle with more short bread cookies - Cut into squares and ENJOY!
