Here’s a little bit of what my meals have been like lately. I don’t really do the conventional “breakfast” kinda meals 😅 I just cook once in a day and eat the same thing throughout the day. 🙈 I basically always have rice/potatoes/wholewheat spaghetti + veggies/salad + meat. My Inner thigh and Glute workout - Warm up with 3 sets of walking lunges 1. Adductor machine - 4 working sets of 15 - 20 reps (progressive overload + time under tension). 2.
