This video shows the common mistakes made by beginners while performing side bends and how to correct them. ❌️ Do not use two weight plates on both sides. This counteracts the resistance. ✅️ hold the weight plate on one side and turn your torso sideways on the opposite side to challenge the muscles. ❌️ Do not move towards the weight plate during the side bend.
