Habit stacking needs to be your new best friend 🙌 I can post exercises every day but if you don't have a habit of exercising, it's going to be challenging to get in those workouts. Here's why habit stacking works: tying a new habit to an existing routine reduces the decision fatigue of "what to do next." Your brain is already primed for the established behavior, so adding a small step afterward feels more natural. And because you're piggybacking on a familiar cue (brushing your teeth, making coffee), you're less likely to forget the new habit.
