This is one of my favorites you got to give this a try! 🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻 Macros per short rib: Calories: 187 Protein: 14 Fat: 13 Carbs: 5 Ingredients: * 2 lbs beef flanken short ribs (rendered 13 ribs for us) * 1/4 cup light soy sauce * 1 tbsp sesame oil * 1/4 yellow onion * 1 tbsp minced garlic * 1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend * 1/2 tbsp black pepper * 1/2 lime Instructions: * In a blender or food processor, combine the light soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, Splenda brown sugar blend, black pepper, the juice from half a lime, and the quartered yellow onion. Blend until you have a smooth marinade mixture. * Place the beef flanken short ribs in a large zip-top bag or a shallow dish suitable for marinating. * Pour the blended marinade over the short ribs, ensuring that each rib is coated evenly. If using a zip-top bag, seal it tightly, removing as much air as possible. If using a dish, cover it with plastic wrap or a lid. * Allow the short ribs to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. This will allow the flavors to penetrate the meat and enhance its taste. * Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. * Remove the marinated short ribs from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes. * Place the short ribs on the grill, directly over the heat source.
