Be this summer’s neighbourhood steak master with these Sterling Silver Premium Beef pro tips. #SafewayPartner #Safeway #SafewayCanada #Ad #steakrecipe #dinnerideas #striploinrecipe Pan-Seared Recipe: Ingredients 1. 2 lbs Sterling Silver Premium Strip loin Steaks 2. 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil, or any high heat cooking oil. 3. 1 1/2 tsp sea salt 4. 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground 5. 2 Tbsp salted butter 6. 2 cloves garlic, peeled and quartered 7. 1 sprig fresh rosemary Directions 1. Just before cooking steaks, sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. 2. Preheat the pan on medium and brush with oil. (Let pan heat up for a better sear) 3. Sear steaks – add steaks and sear each side 3-4 minutes until a brown crust has formed then use tongs to turn steaks on their sides and sear edges (1 min per edge). 4. Melt in butter with quartered garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs. Tilt pan to spoon garlic butter over steaks and cook to desired doneness 5.
