Here’s how to fix that 🤝 If you’re just going into the gym and doing the same weight for the same reps every single week, your body will not need to adapt to grow bigger and stronger It’s essential that you make your sets ‘hard’ and push for a little bit more weight or a few more reps each session to continue stimulating the muscle in order for a hypertrophic response (getting jacked asf) Another key element is making sure you’re training close if not till failure and constantly pushing yourself to reach true mechanical failure.
