Bricking up the kitchen window 🧱 I didn’t want my house to be just another house with a poorly matched bricked up window, so I was feeling the pressure on this project. I’ve been storing 300 of the original house bricks which I saved from the old extension demolition just for this project. With perfectly matching bricks, the only thing that could go wrong is my workmanship! And I’ve never done it before. Obviously removing a window makes your house vulnerable, so I was determined to get it bricked up in record time. (Whilst still doing a good job). It took me 3 days to do the internal and external brickwork, and they were long days filled with lots of step aerobics.
