Inspired by my friend @Dana to get my eating healthy again and into a small calorie deficit. I’ve struggled to get back into it so i’m not putting pressure on myself to be in a huge deficit and overhall my whoe life. My focus: 1. Track my calories as best I can 2. Drink 2 litres water a day 3. Protein in every meal (+snack when I can) 4. Walk more 5.
