WASH AND DRY FRUIT add 1-3 fruits per wooden skewer 2. MAKE SUGAR SYRUP in a medium pot add the sugar and water and heat up over medium heat until the mixture is boiling and reaches 300°F . Do not stir the mixture. If you don't have a thermometer you can check if it is ready by dipping a spoon or wooden skewer and immediately dipping it in ice water. If it hardens it is ready. 3. DIP YOUR SKEWERS take the pot of the heat and add Hot Jiang chili oil to the top. Work quickly to dip the fruits in the sugar syrup, rotating the skewer to evenly coat the fruit. Allow the sugar to drip off the fruit before dipping in the ice water for 2-4 seconds to allow the sugar mixture to harden. Top with tajin and enjoy!

MAKE OMELETTE FILLING whisk eggs and season with salt and pepper. Add your toppings along with a spoonful of Hot Jiang chili oil. 2. PREPARE CROISSANTS cut the top third off of each croissant then remove some of the inside. Pour the egg mixture inside the croissant boats and bake at 300°F for 20 minutes or until the eggs have set. 3. Top with your favorite Hot Jiang chili oil and enjoy!

1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 2 Tbsp baking powder 1/2 cup melted vegan butter
2 Tbsp Hot Jiang chili oil FRIED MUSHROOMS ⅓ cup ground flaxseeds 1 cup sparkling water 1 cup flour 1 tsp corn starch Salt and pepper 2 tsp Onion Powder 2 tsp Garlic Powder 2 tsp smoked paprika 2 Portobello Mushrooms Oil for frying CHILI OIL MAPLE SYRUP 1/4 cup maple syrup 4 Tbsp Hot Jiang chili oil 1. MAKE THE WAFFLES preheat waffle maker and spray or brush lightly with oil. In a large bowl, whisk together all the Savory Waffle ingredients until just combined. Ladle batter into the iron and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter. 2. MAKE FLAX EGG in a medium bowl, combine ground flaxseed meal and sparkling water. Whisk and set to the side for a few minutes to thicken. 3. DEEP FRY MUSHROOMS in another medium bowl, combine flour and seasonings. In a skillet, heat three inches of oil to 375º F. Dredge mushrooms in the wet flax egg and then the seasoned flour and fry until golden brown, flipping halfway. About 4-6 minutes each side. 4. MAKE CHILI OIL MAPLE SYRUP combine maple syrup and Hot Jiang chili oil. Serve fried mushrooms on top of the savory waffles and pour the chili oil maple syrup all over. Enjoy!

Inspired by @Derek Chen #pastaalavodka #chilioilpasta #hotjiang #plantbased #chilicrisp CHILI OIL PASTA A LA VODKA 3 Tbsp Hot Jiang chili oil 3 tbsp olive oil 4 cloves garlic 1/2 cup tomato paste 2 oz vodka 1.5 cups oat milk 1 lbs penne pasta 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 2 Tbsp plant based butter 1. Add chili oil and olive oil to a pan and sauté garlic. Throw in cooked pasta and toss to coat. 2. Make a well in the center and add tomato paste. Cook down for a minute or so before pouring in vodka and cook off before adding oat milk, plant based butter and nutritional yeast. 3. Serve with a generous drizzle of Hot Jiang chili oil and more nutritional yeast. Enjoy!
