Who knew something so small could be so lifechanging? Ive been struggling a lot more than usual lately with the overwhelming sounds that go on in the backround of my head. When you have ADHD your brain literally never switches off and you hear everything x10 of the average person. Which means that noise can become extremely over bearing leading to anger outbursts, frustration and meltdowns. Getting to know my triggers and working out what works and what doesnt has been a whole task in itself, after having my second child i felt like the noise in my head has been tripped & have struggled to cope with it. If your a mum you will understand the over bearing feeling that overstimulation can lead to at times. There’s times ive felt like i wish i could jrun away to escape the feeling. I then seen ad’s for these buds and it was like the universe was screaming out at me to buy them, they have literally changed the game for me & given me room to hear myself think again and best of all enjoy a decent nights sleep.
