Who knew something so small could be so lifechanging? Ive been struggling a lot more than usual lately with the overwhelming sounds that go on in the backround of my head. When you have ADHD your brain literally never switches off and you hear everything x10 of the average person. Which means that noise can become extremely over bearing leading to anger outbursts, frustration and meltdowns. Getting to know my triggers and working out what works and what doesnt has been a whole task in itself, after having my second child i felt like the noise in my head has been tripped & have struggled to cope with it.
