PURE magic in every bite. ✨🙌 Save this post so you can make these 31g protein-packed treats at home and fuel your gains! 💥 ✅ Ingredients: 3 tbsp light butter (45g) 3 tbsp skim milk (45ml) 5 cups zero sugar marshmallows (240g) *I used Max Mallows* 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml) 4 scoops vanilla whey protein (120g) - I always use @legion protein powders and you can use KORY to save on their website! 5 cups rice crisps cereal (135g) ➡️ Instructions: 1. Add light butter and skim milk to stove and stir until butter melts. Add marshmallows and continue to stir until fully melted. 2. Add vanilla extract and whey protein and mix until thick. 3. Turn off heat and add rice crisps cereal. Transfer to greased baking dish and lightly press down.
