SOURDOUGH DISCARD CINNAMON ROLLS RECIPE ⏲️👩🏼‍🍳🧈 Journal is @ShopFriendofMine Ingredients: + 4 cups flour + 1 tsp baking soda + 2 tsp baking powder + 1 tsp salt + 1 c sourdough discard (inactive starter) + 1 c water + 1/2 melted butter + 1/4 c honey or syrup Cinnamon sugar filling: + 1/2 c butter + 1 c brown sugar + 2 tbsp cinnamon Cream cheese topping: + 6 oz cream cheese + 1/2 c heavy cream + 1/2 c honey or maple syrup + 2 tsp vanilla extract Recipe is from Farmhouse on Boone 1. Melt butter & set aside to cool 2. Preheat oven to 375 and prep cast iron 3. Mix dry ingredients for dough in bowl 4. Add in wet ingredients & mix until ball forms 5. Place dough on to counter & use rolling pin 6. Spread filling all over dough 7. Roll up dough 8. Slice rolls evenly 9. Place rolls in pan 10. Combine topping on stove low heat 11. Bake rolls 25-35 mins 12. Add topping once cool & serve #sourdough #discard #discardrecipe
