Chicken Truffle Pasta. 🎄✨ CHICKEN TRUFFLE PASTA Ingredients: 100g Dolce Vita Fettucine Pasta 1 pc chicken breast fillet 1/2 tbsp. white onion (chopped) 1 tsp garlic (minced) 1 cup chicken stock 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 tbsp. Mazza Truffle Salsa 1 tbsp. butter Parmesan Cheese (grated) Olive Oil Parsley (chopped) Steps: 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sear the chicken breast fillet. On the other side of the pan, sauté onion and garlic. Cook until fragrant. 3. Pour in the chicken stock and season with salt. Simmer for 2-3 mins. 4. Stir in the cream and simmer for another 2 mins. Remove the chicken breast from the pan and transfer onto a plate. 5. Add in the cooked pasta and toss until noodles are coated with the sauce. 6. Remove skillet from heat. Add in the truffle salsa, parsley, and butter and toss. 7. Transfer cooked pasta serving plate together with the chicken. Top the pasta with more sauce, grated parmesan, and chopped parsley.
