High protein, easy egg bite breakfast 🍳 These have been a staple in our house for a while! They’re so yummy and make eating a protein rich breakfast easy! Which was a fundamental piece of my PCOS healing journey. Ingredients 12 eggs 1 cup of cottage cheese 1 cup of cheese 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. 2. Cook the chorizo over the stovetop until done. I like mine extra crispy! 3. Add eggs, cottage cheese, cheese, salt, and pepper to a blender until the mixture is smooth and consistent. 4. Add the mixture to muffin tins (about 3/4 way filled). 5. Top off with the chorizo. 6. Cook for 20 mins. Enjoy! P.S. Feel free to add anything else. Sometimes we add peppers too. Ya saben que soy franca 🥰 ATOLE DE AVENA 1 taza de avena 3 tazas de agua 1 rama de canela 1 taza de sustituto de azúcar morena (marcas trivia o lakanto) 5 tazas de leche almendras 1 cucharadita vainilla INSTRUCCIONES: 1. En una olla pon a hervir el agua y la rama de canela. 2. Una vez que hierva agrega la avena y reduce el fuego a bajo. Cocina a fuego lento durante 25 minutos. Revuelve de vez en cuando para evitar que se pegue. 3. Agrega el azúcar, vainilla y revuelve bien. Luego agrega la leche y revuelve. 4. Continúa cocinando a fuego lento por unos 15 minutos o hasta que el atole esté bien caliente. Y listo! Easy egg bite cups for back to school breakfasts! Recipe 12 Street taco size tortillas 1 handful of spinach 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 6 eggs Splash of milk Salt and pepper 4 pieces cooked bacon Hot sauce Steps -Warm tortillas in the microwave for 40 seconds. -Carefully put warm tortillas down inside of a muffin pan. -Chop spinach into small pieces and put some in side each tortilla. -Add shredded cheese on top of the spinach. -Scramble 6 eggs with a splash of milk, salt, and pepper. -Pour scrambled eggs into each tortilla filling them about half way full. -Chop the cooked bacon and add some on top of the scrambled eggs. -Bake in the oven at 375 for 20 minutes. -Top with hot sauce and enjoy!! #breakfastrecipe #easyrecipes #recipe #eggbites #breakfastprep

delivering on your request for more high-protein breakfast meal prep ideas A L these spinach & cheese egg muffins have a similar texture to the starbucks egg bites (which I love) because you blend up your eggs with cottage cheese!! you could definitely personalize these to be any flavor you'd like here's all you need (makes about 20 muffins): - 10 eggs - 2 cups cottage cheese - 1 tsp salt -1/2 tsp black pepper - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1 cup finely chopped spinach - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese preheat your oven to 350 degrees and either spray or line two muffin tins with liners. add your eggs, cottage cheese, and spices to a blender or food processor and blend on high speed until smooth. pour the egg mixture into the muffin tins evenly (do not fill higher than 3/4 full or they will overflow!!) and equally distribute the spinach. evenly distribute the shredded cheddar on top of each one, then place in the oven for 20-30 mins, until a toothpick comes up clean and the tops are browned. let cool completely before removing from the muffin tin and place in an airtight container. store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and reheat in the airfryer or microwave for a couple of minutes enjoy!! 💗 #mealprep #mealprepping #mealprepideas #mealprepsunday #eggbites #healthybreakfastideas #easyhealthybreakfast #starbuckseggbites #highproteinlowcarb #highproteinbreakfast #breakfastmealprep

#AEHolidayCard The best egg bites recipe. #eggbites #starbucksrecipe #sousvide Ingredients (I doubled this) * 4 eggs * 4 tablespoons cottage cheese * 1/4 cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded * 1/4 cup Gruyere cheese shredded * 1/4 teaspoon salt * 4 pieces thin bacon cooked crisp * 1/4 cup Gruyere cheese shredded, use to broil Instructions * Set your sous vide for 167 degrees. * So prepare the recipe while this heats up. Into a blender add 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons cottage cheese, 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, 1/4 cup shredded Gruyere cheese, and salt. Puree until it is a uniform mixture. * Spray 4 small canning jars (I used silicone molds) with a non-stick spray. Break a piece of bacon into each jar. * Pour egg mixture into jars. Wipe the rim of the jar to make sure it is clean, then place the lid on the jar. Place jars into the sous vide. * Once the sous vide has reached 167 degrees, cook eggs for about 35 minutes or until they are completely set. These days, I am reaching for easy, grab and go breakfasts more and more, and these egg bites fit the bill perfectly. Great to prep on a weekend for an easy workday breakfast throughout the week, and a great way to use up proteins and produce that you might not get to otherwise. “Recipe” below! These will keep in the fridge for about 3-4 days or in the freezer for a couple months. To reheat, I’d thaw them in the fridge and microwave them for a minute or so.
