Airfryer Sausage, Cheese & Bean Melt 🧀 There’s just something about cheese, beans and sausages that hits differently. Here I’ve used tortilla wraps instead of pastry, you’ll love this. Slowcooker Macaroni & Cheese Melt 🌶️ 🧀 497 cals If a Chilli Con Carne, Macaroni & Cheese had a baby this is what it would be. I cooked this on This Morning last week. Recipe from my new low prep, low calorie Slowcooker book EVEN EASIER currently £10📕 Serves: 5 Ingredients - 400g lean beef mince - 700g passata - 1 tbsp tomato purée - 3 garlic cloves, grated or chopped - Handful of fresh coriander, chopped, plus extra to garnish - 1 red chilli, sliced - 1 onion, chopped - 1 packet of chilli con carne spice mix (or you can make your own) - 700ml chicken stock - 400g tin of kidney beans, drained and rinsed - 1 red pepper, chopped - 250g dried macaroni - 120g Cheddar cheese (reduced fat if you can), grated Salt and pepper, to taste Method 1. Ideally brown the mince but if not, Add the beef mince, passata, tomato purée, garlic, half the coriander, the chilli, onion, chilli con carne spice mix and salt and pepper to the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7-8 hours. 2. Add the stock, kidney beans, red pepper and macaroni and cook on high for a further 45 minutes. If cooking on low, you'll need to leave it for closer to 1 hour to cook the pasta. 3. Airfryer Harissa Chicken Gyros 🥙 I am obsessed with Greek food, even more so these gyros. Coat 300g of chicken thigh in: - Few teaspoons of harissa paste - Juice or a lemon - 1 tsp Cajun seasoning - 1 tsp cumin - 1 tsp paprika - Salt and pepper - Your favourite frozen chips - Flatbreads, pittas or wraps you decide
- Homemade tzatziki but you can buy this too. It’s Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, salt and pepper, garlic and 2 mint leaves Method 1. Coat the chicken in the harissa, lemon, cumin, paprika, Cajun and salt and pepper. Set aside for a few hours if you can 2. Airfryer Sausage Roll Wrap Bites (66 cals each) I love a sausage roll but I usually feel stinkin and real guilty after eating one 😂 so here is a lot fat and low calorie version made in a flash in the Airfryer. Tag someone who needs to make you these 😉 Ingredients - 6 low fat sausages - 1 wholemeal wrap - Tsp of Sage and rosemary 🍃 - 1 beaten egg 🥚 - 1 tsp of sesame seeds, roughly 6g 1. Remove the sausage from the skins into a bowl 2. Add herbs 3. Spread across the wrap and keep the edges free for the egg wash 4. Egg wash round the meat then roll and cut into slices, I made 8 5. Glaze again and add seeds 6. Airfry for 10 mins at 200 Served with brown sauce. Airfryer Chicken Fried Rice 🍚 £1.30 a serving with curry sauce / 374 cals a bowl - will serve 4 large portions Who doesn’t love fried rice, here’s a quick and cost effective way to make it. I’m not a massive fan of egg in my fried rice but feel free to add! I use microwave rice bags for ease but you can use leftover rice! PS, I have an Airfryer cookbook on Amazon for £9.49! 📕 Coat chicken in : - Low calorie spray - 1 heaped tsp curry powder - Salt Mix 2 micro bags of rice with: - 1 tbsp hoisin sauce - 1 tbsp oyster sauce - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tsp sesame oil - 1 tbsp garlic purée - 1 tsp ginger - 1/2 a tsp Chinese five spice - 1 grated carrot 🥕 - 1 x onion finely chopped 🧅 - 1 x small can of drained peas - (Optional add 1 beaten egg) Method 1. I preheated my airfryer to 200 for 2 minutes then added the chicken for 7-8 minutes 2. Toss in the rice and veg and cook for another 5 minutes or so. 3. If you’ve added an egg stir everything though in the airfryer 4.
