Next add the mayo and shredded cheese to a bowl and mix. Add a layer of the butter mixture to the bread followed by a layer of the cheese mixture on top. Party Ribs!!! 🔥🔥🔥 Recipe👇🏻 Ingredients: 1 Rack Baby Back Ribs (Trimmed and Separated) Mustard for Binder BBQ Seasoning @fireandsmokesociety 1 Stick Unsalted Butter 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup 1 Bottle BBQ Sauce + 1/4 Cup water shaken in bottle Directions: Preheat Oven or Smoker to 250F Trim and Separate the Ribs. Coat each rib lightly in the mustard, then cover generously with the bbq rub. Place ribs on the smoker until they reach an internal of about 165F. Should take about an hour or so. Once up to temp, remove and add to a foil pan. Add butter, Brown sugar, Maple Syrup, and bbq sauce. Cover and place back on the smoker until they reach an internal of 205F. Sauté the onion and jalapeño in the unsalted butter. Cooking over medium low heat until a nice light caramelized color forms. Next combine the cream cheese, Sautéed veg, White Cheddar, bbq seasoning, and chives until all is incorporated. Now just take the pounded out chicken breast and spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture over the top. Roll the chicken breast up as tight as possible. Next wrap each chicken roll up in bacon. It should take about 2 strips, but maybe 3. After they are wrapped, just season them with a sweet bbq rub. Throw on a smoker or grill set up for indirect heat cooking at 250F. Once the chicken reaches an internal of 145F, paint each roll up with bbq sauce and let tack up. Once the chicken reaches an internal of 163F, pull off the grill and let rest for 10 min. Enjoy!

#ad Let's make a Nashville Hot Fish and Chip Burrito to celebrate 175 years of @Gorton’s Seafood Recipe👇🏻 Ingredients: Gorton’s Beer Battered Fish Fillets Burrito Sized Tortillas Cabbage or Slaw mix Store bought coleslaw dressing French Fries Dill Pickle Slices NASHVILLE HOT SAUCE 1/2 stick melted butter 1/4 cup canola or avocado oil 2 Tbs Cayenne Pepper 1 Tbs Smoke paprika 2 teaspoons chili powder 1 Tbs Brown Sugar 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp salt TARTAR SAUCE 1 cup mayo 1 tsp white wine vinegar 1 Tbs bread and butter pickle juice 1 Tbs minced bread and butter pickles 1 Tbs minced sweet onion 1 Tbs Dill 1-2 Tbs Lemon Juice Directions: Start off by making the TarTar sauce and get that in the fridge. Next combine the cabbage or slaw mix with the slaw dressing and place in the fridge for the flavors to combine. Next place the Gorton’s Beer Battered Fish Fillets and the Fries on a sheet pan and follow the directions on the bag. While the fish cooks, make the Nashville Hot Sauce. Combine the melted butter, oil, and all seasonings listed. Whisk thoroughly till combined. Once the Fish and Fries are done, paint the fish with the Nashville Hot Sauce and add a pickle on top.
