No chopping, one pan, easy cozy dinner: 25 minute lasagna Honestly I’m not a huge fan of that viral lasagna soup, mostly because of the texture, but I am a fan of how easy it is to make. So this is my compromise if you’re like me 25 minute one pot lasagna recipe: Ingredients: (I shop at @heb) * 1lb ground beef * 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional) * 8 oz farfalle pasta * Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste * 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend * 1 cup ricotta cheese * 4 oz cream cheese, softened * 1 tbsp Italian seasoning * 1 tsp salt * 1 tsp black pepper * 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional) * 1 tsp olive oil * 2 cups fresh spinach * 3 cups chicken broth (or 3 cups water) 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, 3-5 minutes. Drain excess fat with paper towels. 3. Stir in the marinara sauce, crushed red pepper (if using), and season with salt and pepper. 4. Add pasta and broth (or water), stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a boil for about 5 minutes to let the pasta absorb some of the liquid. 5. In a small bowl, mix ricotta, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper until smooth. Set aside. 6. Stir spinach into the skillet until wilted, about 1 minute. 7. Sprinkle the shredded Italian cheese on top.
Spoon dollops of the ricotta mixture evenly over the top of the pasta mixture. 8. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve and enjoy! #cozydinnerideas #onepotrecipes #easymealinspo #dinnerideas #easyrecipes #quickdinnerideas #dinnerunder30 #delicious #lasagna #fastlasagnarecipe
