A few things I should have mentioned a bit more clearly⬇️ Foam rolling, using a lacrosse ball, IASTM techniques are not a complete waste of time by any means. If they provide pain relief in the short term, then use them to do that so we can progress to something much more effective. The point of this video message was to move away from saying we are breaking up those painful adhesions, and move towards a more efficient and effective treatment plan.
