Allow to rest then peel skin off. Blend poblanos, cilantro, milk, minced garlic, cream cheese, knorr and lime. Weigh out 8oz protein spaghetti and cook according to package, add a little salt once the water is boiling. Butterfly your chicken and season with all seasonings listed above, cook in 1/2 tbsp of oil. Once the chicken is domed add the other half of butter to the same pan and add in your sauce, let simmer for a few minutes the toss in your spaghetti noodles.
