Ngl, its weird filming yourself do something youve been doing for years. This is pretty much what i eat, mon-fri at work. My lunch will include protein, fiber, and very little grain. I’ll usually have veggies, chicken or fish, 1/2 cup of rice, and beans (i like alternating: lentils, black beans, kidney beans, and chick peas!) This is personally what has worked for me…when i follow this, im able to get to my goal quicker. Easy, Healthy Jerk Chicken Fried Rice meal prep! It’s high protein, low calorie, and packed with flavour. creamy garlic steak loaded potatoes 😮💨 all the creamy cheesy garlicky goodness drizzled over potatoes and juicy steak what more could you want for a boujee dine in dinner at home that’s super easy to make 💅🏼 527 calories per portion and 39g protein ✅ Hit SAVE and try for yourself 📌 Ingredients (serves 2): 500g baby potatoes halved Tsp smoked paprika Tsp garlic granules Tsp parsley 200g steak (sirloin) Tsp garlic puree 100ml 45% less fat cream Tsp parsley 50g 50% less fat cheese Small green pepper diced Small onion diced Tsp Worcestershire sauce Fresh parsley chopped 💗Dice the potatoes into small cubes. Season well with the smoked paprika, garlic granules and parsley. Air fry for 20 minutes on 185 degrees. 💗Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides. Pan fry on high heat. I did a minute each side as the steak was quite thin. Remove from the pan, leave to rest before cutting into cubes. 💗Start on the cheese sauce in a small saucepan on medium heat, add the garlic puree, cream and tsp parsley. After two minutes, stir through the cheese. Leave on a low to medium heat for 10 minutes until the cheese has melted through. 30 DAYS OF HIGH PROTEIN AIR-FRYER RECIPES Day 7| Creamy Cajun chicken & bacon potatoes 🥵 This was absolutely stunning. Tender cajun seasoned chicken on top of crispy diced potatoes, drizzled with a creamy Cajun sauce THEN topped with bacon bits 😮💨 Macros 470 calories 52gP / 9gF / 56gC Serves: 2 Shopping list ✍️ - 300g chicken breasts - 3 tsp Cajun seasoning - Squeeze of lemon juice - Salt & pepper - 400g potatoes, diced - 2 tsp paprika - 1/2 tsp garlic granules - 1/2 medium onion, finely diced - 1/2 red & yellow pepper, finely diced - 60-80ml chicken stock - 60g light cream cheese - 2 bacon rashers - Fresh parsley Method Season diced potatoes with paprika, garlic granules, salt & pepper. Air fry on 190C for 15 mins, shaking every 5 mins. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, 2 tsp Cajun seasoning and a squeeze of lemon. Air fry on 190C for 15-17 mins depending on the size of the chicken breast. For the last 4 minutes add the bacon. In the meantime in a pan fry the onions for a few mins in low calorie spray to soften. Add the peppers and cook for a further few minutes, then mix in 60ml stock, cream cheese & 1 tsp Cajun seasoning. Cook for a further 1-2 mins and add more stock if needed. 30 DAYS OF HIGH PROTEIN AIR-FRYER RECIPES Day 9| Salt & pepper chicken potatoes 🥵 Anything salt & pepper Im seriously addicted to, but instead of serving it with your usual chips I went for crispy potatoes instead and a drizzle of Chinese curry sauce… just WOW 😮💨 Macros 448 calories 47gP / 7gF / 50gC Serves: 2 Shopping list ✍️ - 330g chicken breasts - Egg or egg white - Salt & pepper - 2 tsp Chinese five spice - 30g cornflour - 1/2 red and green pepper, finely diced - 1/2 onion, finely diced - 1 tsp soy sauce - Pinch of sweetener or sugar - 300g potato, diced into cubes - 1 tsp paprika - 50g chinese curry sauce Optional: spring onions Method Season the chicken with salt, pepper and 1 tsp chinese five spice. Dip the chicken into whisked egg then cornflour, spray with low calorie spray and place in the air fryer lined with parchment paper and air fry on 190C for 7 mins, flip, spray again and air fry for a further 7-9 minutes. Season the cubed potatoes with salt, pepper and paprika. Air fry on 190C for 15 mins, shaking every 5 minutes. In the meantime spray a pan with low calorie spray and fry the onions and peppers for 2-3 mins to soften. Add the cooked chicken and cubed potatoes to the pan along with 1 tsp soy sauce, sweetener and 1 tsp Chinese five spice, mix again and enjoy with a drizzle of curry sauce and sliced spring onions! #healthyrecipes #highprotein #caloriecounting #airfryerrecipes #saltandpepperchicken

Crispy battered honey garlic chicken with the tastiest, sticky fried rice 😮💨 GO MAKE IT NOW. Macros 446 calories 43gP / 3gF / 61gC Serves: 2 Shopping list ✍️ - 300g Chicken Breast, diced - 1 tsp soy sauce - 1 garlic clove, minced - 1 inch ginger, minced - 20g Cornflour - 220g Microwave Rice - 1 tsp dark soy sauce - 20g reduced sugar sweet chilli sauce - 1 carrot, grated - 100g peas - 1 Spring onion, sliced Sauce 🥣: 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 minced garlic clove & 1 tsp water. Method Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside. Add 1 tsp soy sauce, minced garlic & ginger to the diced chicken then coat in cornflour. Spray with low calorie spray and air fry on 190C for 14 mins turning half way and spraying with more low calorie spray. Remove the crisp tray then pour the sauce over the chicken and air fry on 200C for 2-3 minutes. In a large bowl mix the microwave rice with the grated carrot and peas, then pour over the dark soy and sweet chilli sauce. Mix well then air fry on 200C for 5 mins, give it a good stir half way. BBQ Halloumi Chicken Pasta 🤤🔥 This was SENSATIONAL 🔥 Creamy, sweet and tangy all at once. Plus it is a super easy recipe to throw together 🤌🏻 Each portion was 537 calories and 48g protein ✅ Hit SAVE for your next delicious dinner recipe 📌 Ingredients (serves 2): 200g chicken breast BBQ seasoning Smoked paprika 120g dry rigatoni Small red onion diced Tsp garlic puree Tsp oregano 60g reduced fat halloumi 60g bbq sauce 100ml chicken stock 60g lightest Philadelphia 50ml pasta water Parsley to garnish 💗Season the chicken with a tsp bbq seasoning, tsp of smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Rub in throughly on both sides of the breasts before baking in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees. 💗Pop the pasta on to boil in salted water. 💗In a seperate pan, fry off the red onion in a tsp garlic puree. Whilst this is softening, dice the halloumi and start to pan fry. 💗Add a tsp bbq seasoning, tsp of smoked paprika and the oregano to the pan with the onion in. Leave for a minute before adding the bbq sauce, chicken stock and cream cheese. Stir well add the pasta water and leave to simmer for 10 minutes on low-medium heat. 💗 Slice the chicken once cooked. Remove 2 tbsp of the bbq sauce, combine the rest of the sauce with the pasta. 💗Plate up the pasta, top with the chicken, diced parsley and finish with the halloumi NOTE - if you’re in a hurry you can just pan fry the chicken with the onion. People suck at estimating calories… People like this also suck for being completely ignorant to fitness and nutrition and still position themselves as an authority 😒 This woman is lost at BEST.
