PB+J Baked Oats recipe: We fell in love with baked oats last year when everyone was making it, we used to make it all the time and this PB+J is still one of our fave flavor. I like this recipe because it’s easy to remember. Ingredients: 1 cup old fashioned oats 1 banana 1 cup milk (I always use whole milk) 1 egg 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 tablespoon maple syrup or to taste 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter, plus more 4 teaspoons strawberry jam Preheat oven to 350F Place all the ingredients EXCEPT the strawberry jam inside a blender and blend until smooth. Pour evenly into 4 greased (8oz) ramekins and bake for 20 minutes, longer if you prefer cake-like texture. Spread 1 teaspoon of jam on top of each baked oats or more. BANANEN ERDNUSBUTTER OATBARS 🍌 2 Bananen, zerdrückt 100g Erdnusbutter 80g Honig/ Ahornsirup 3 TL Kokosöl geschmolzen 180g Haferflocken 70g Schokodrops (ein Ei, optional) (40g Proteinpulver, optional) eine Prise Salz Ein super leckeres und wandelbares Rezept. Man kann es sehr schnell vegan oder high protein machen. Zuerst die Banenen zerdrücken und dann mit den feuchen Zutraten (Erdnusbutter, Honig und Kokosöl vermischen. ( und Ei ggf) Dann die Haferflocken (und Proteinpulver) dazu geben. Vorsichtig die Schokodrops drunter rühren. In eine kleine Auflaufform geben und die restlichen Schokodrops drauf verteilen. Apple Choco Baked Oats by @silenepretto Con questo tempo 🌧 questa ricetta ci sta alla grande!!! Mi raccomando seguitemi anche su 1G:@silenepretto e taggatemi nelle vostre repliche🙏🏽💜 - metà mela a pezzetti - 40g Farina di avena al cioccolato @Pharmapower (o 35g farina avena neutra o Fiocchi frullati + 5g cacao + dolcificante a piacere) - 100g dessert proteico al cioccolato - 50ml latte/bevanda vegetale/acqua - 2g lievito (o 2g bicarbonato e limone o 2g idrolitina+goccio d'acqua) Mischiare tutto insieme (se volete tenete da parte un po'di mela come decorazione) Trasferire in una ciotola da forno leggermente unta e mettete sopra 10g di gocce di cioccolato e i pezzetti di mela. Stracciatella Baked Oats by @silenepretto IO NON HO PAROLE 🙈 Ho fatto questa COLAZIONE due giorni di fila perché mi ha fatto LETTERALMENTE impazzire😳 Mi raccomando, seguitemi anche su 1G & taggatemi nelle vostre repliche 😍💜🙏🏽 Ricetta: - 40g farina di avena al Cioccolato @Pharmapower (o 35g farina neutra/fiocchi frullati + 5g cacao amaro + dolcificante a piacere) - 100g Yogurt greco alla stracciatella (io ho usato quello Hipro, ovviamente potete usare anche un altro gusto) - 50/60ml latte/bevanda vegetale (la consistenza deve essere abbastanza densa) - 2g lievito (o 2g idrolitina + 1 goccio di acqua o 2g bicarbonato + un goccio di limone) Mescolate tutto insieme. Mettete 3/4 di composto in una ciotola da forno leggermente unta (con olio o burro) Mettete al centro il restante yogurt del vasetto, saranno circa 50/60g (quindi alla fine viene usato il vasetto intero) Coprite col restante impasto. Strawberry & Nutella baked oats! Made without banana for those of you who don’t like it 🍓🍫 Ingredients: 1 cup oats (80g) 1/2 cup yoghurt (100g) 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (or 40g extra oats) 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tbs sweetener (maple syrup/ stevia) 3/4 cup milk of choice Toppings: 1/4 cup strawberries, diced 1 tbs nutella Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and lightly grease 2 large ramekins. 2. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth. 3. Pour 3/4 of batter into the ramekins and add 1/2 tbs of nutella to the centre of each. 4. Cover with remaining batter, press in the strawberries and bake for 20-25 minutes. I was craving chocolate for breakfast so this happened 🍫 baked oat chocolate cake recipe 80g oats, gluten free if needed (1 cup) 118ml any milk of choice (1/2 cup) 5-7 tbsp maple syrup or honey 4 tbsp cocoa powder 40g choc chips 1 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt OPTIONAL: if you want to add an egg and a dash of olive oil it will make it less like baked oats and more like a cake! Preheat oven to 200°C Blend ingredients, apart from the baking powder and salt Once blended, fold in the baking powder, salt and chocolate chips.
